This Office is facilitating access of poor household to health care facilities assistance of deserving outdoor (OPD) destitute patients who cannot afford medicine expenses Zakat Fund for medicines for deserving patient (Mustahiq) patients are provided by the provincial Government annually to Hospital to facilitate poor patient the Hospital after receipt of grant from Provincial Government provide free medicines to Medicine to mustahiq patients Zakat fund for the purpose is no provided to beneficiaries cash Zakat patient is determined by the local zakat committee of the area of permanent residence of the patient.
PROCEDURE/SoPs
ZAKAT
The Mustahiq patients will get a Zakat Certificate proforma/form from Local Zakat Committee of his/her area and submit it to the Office of Social Welfare Officer/Public Relation Officer of the Hospital for free Medicines (Before submitting the Zakat Form to the Office Bearers of the Hospital, it should be signed by Local Zakat Committee and District Zakat Committee too).
BAIT UL MAL
The Bait Ul Mal facility is also availed by our Hospital through the Office of Social Welfare Officer/Public Relation Officer.
The patient should collect the form from District Bait Ul Mal Office and the said Office bearers of Hospital will further guide/facilitate the patient for onward procedure to avail the due amount for the particular procedure/medicine/surgery.
